Let's introduce you to your brain wave 🌊 frequencies, Since we know that all things in the physical world are fundamentally vibrations, the best vibrations to change would be the vibrations of your brain. There are vibrations around us that we can not see that we ignore and we only focus on the ones that we can identify that is acknowledged by the physical ear, but when we can lower the negative energies of our minds (by way of mediation or concentration), we can then focus on the vibrations or sounds that are in the outer dimensional circumference of our existence. When you are existing in a physical dimension (3rd Dimension) you are residing in an illusion (your physical body) that is turned out from other Beings or vibrational activities that is going on in other dimensions. When you learn to see everything as vibration different in terms of rate and stability, you will understand what you need in order to obtain the desired effect in any situation. At all levels of existence, we find the ebb and flow of waves of the electro-magnetic-vibrational-frequency-pulse that is life. Frequency, vibration, polarity, rhythm, heart beat, breath, male/female, black/white, positive/negative, Sun/Moon, conscious/subconscious, awake/asleep, 0/1, up/down, round and round, ad infinitum…. It is all about balancing vibrations #BALANCEISTHELAW — Having this awareness is like seeing the world in code because everything is in a constant state of vibration. The most elemental state of vibration is that of sound. Everything has an optimum range of vibration, and that rate is called RESONANCE. Sound is Vibration. This is why we enjoy listening to different types of music because we like to experience different ranges of e-motion. The variety of feelings in life makes it fun and meaningful. When we are in resonance, we are in balance. One way to use sound to heal the body is to recognize that every organ, and every cell, absorbs and emits sound, and has a particular optimum resonate frequency. Remember, sound is vibration and vibration is substance. It is all of the little drops of vibrations that make up the Sun. Sound can heal and it can cause dis-ease because dis-ease is nothing but low frequency that attacks the body from the substance of information that enters in your being. This is why one of the “secrets” of the universe, is the creative application of sound frequencies. So, lets meet your brain waves because your brain is the most powerful tool that you have. It basically controls every function of your body and the way you think, feel and act. When you change the vibrations of your brain, you will change every aspect of your life. Each brainwave represents a certain frequency range. The frequency of your brainwave determines the state of consciousness you’re in which will in turn lead to the resulting kind of e-motions and mental functions that are at work within you. There are 5 main kinds of brainwave states distinguished in #nueroscience . The five brainwave states are delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma. Delta is the frequency range up to 4 Hz and is often associated with the very young and certain encephalopathies and underlying lesions. It is seen in deep and dreamless sleep. Theta is the frequency range from 4 Hz to 8 Hz and is associated with drowsiness, childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. This EEG frequency can sometimes be produced by hyperventilation. Theta waves can be seen during hypnagogic states such as trances, hypnosis, deep day dreams, lucid dreaming and light sleep and the preconscious state just upon waking, and just before falling asleep. It is connected with intuition and creativity. Alpha is the frequency range from 8 Hz to 12 Hz. It is characteristic of a relaxed, alert state of consciousness and is present by the age of two years. Alpha rhythms are best detected with the eyes closed. Alpha attenuates with drowsiness and open eyes, and is best seen over the occipital (visual) cortex. An alpha-like normal variant called mu is sometimes seen over the motor cortex (central scalp) and attenuates with movement, or rather with the intention to move 🔊🌊📡. Beta is the frequency range above 12 Hz. Low amplitude beta with multiple and varying frequencies is often associated with active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration. Rhythmic beta with a dominant set of frequencies is associated with various pathologies and drug effects. Gamma is the frequency range approximately 26–80 Hz. Gamma rhythms appear to be involved in higher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, fear, and consciousness. That being said, All five brainwave states exist at varying amounts in different parts of your brain. Your brainwave state is determined by the dominant brainwaves that are active in your head at any given moment.
